Bring your building on early
Freeholdpilot is in beta in England and Wales. Buildings that join now use it for real, help us shape it, and know up front what it will cost once billing starts.
- Apply with a few details about the building. It takes about two minutes.
- A short call with us to check Freeholdpilot fits and to plan moving your documents across.
- Your 30-day beta trial starts when we send your set-up link, with no card. Load your lease and articles, name your assistant, and invite the other directors.
- Choose a plan before the trial ends, at the indicative price you agreed when you signed up. If you don't, the portal becomes read-only, and we keep your data for 90 days.
